Block Factory: concrete blocks, bricks and paving products

The Block Factory QT5-15 production line in a factory hall: stacker, main machine, QT5-15 pallet unit and PLD1200 batching station, with a pallet of blocks in front.

Block Factory focuses on concrete hollow blocks, solid bricks and paving products.

Each product is formed on the QT5-15 automatic production line, where batching, mixing, moulding and pallet handling work together. The mould fitted to the machine defines the product, and dimensions are confirmed for every project.

Production

From batching to stacking

Six connected stages — batching, mixing, feeding, moulding, transfer and stacking — followed by curing.

Configuration, moulds, product dimensions and achievable output must be confirmed for your project before ordering. Line arrangement and supplied equipment depend on the confirmed order.

  1. Batching

The PLD1200 three-bin batching station prepares aggregate for transfer.

  2. Mixing

An 8 m conveyor feeds the batched material to the JS500 mixer.

  3. Feeding

Mixed material travels by conveyor to the main machine hopper.

  4. Moulding

The QT5-15 combines hydraulic mould movement with vibration.

  5. Transfer

The pallet feeder and block conveyor move formed products out of the moulding area.

  6. Stacking

The stacker handles loaded pallets before the products go to curing.
